Meet Samantha

With a background in hospitality and transaction coordination, a caring heart, and a keen eye for accuracy, Samantha “Sam” Losier is the perfect fit for handling all of the Steve Clark Team’s most critical details.

Sam worked full-time in hospitality sales and catering while balancing her education at Ball State University. After graduating, she transitioned to a law firm, where she managed operations and legal tasks, eventually taking on commercial real estate transactions. Her growing passion for real estate led her to work at a title company, before ultimately joining the Steve Clark Team, where she truly found her niche.

Sam has always been service-oriented, a trait that drives her to provide a five-star buying and selling experience for every client. Anyone who knows Sam knows she is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized service by tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs. Her warmth and focus on building trusting relationships foster open collaboration. Committed to continuous growth, Sam actively seeks professional development and values client feedback to improve her ability to support others. Sam keeps clients informed through clear communication and anticipating challenges, addressing them early to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Sam grew up in Terre Haute before attending BSU, and she now resides with her boyfriend north of Broad Ripple, along with the light of her life, a black lab named Goose. As an Indy Runners Club member, Sam enjoys exploring the local trails and staying active, while her love of reading keeps her constantly immersed in new stories and ideas.
